Samir Yajnik possesses over 30 years of experience in ER&D in the Automotive, Aerospace and Heavy Engineering Industries with special emphasis on enabling e-mobility solutions.Samir currently heads Electrodrive Powertrain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., also known as Electra EV in the industry. The company specializes in Design & Development, Engineering, Testing & Validating, Production and Servicing of full EV Powertrain systems. Electra EV has already delivered EV Powertrains to more than 2000 vehicles which have been running on Indian roads since the last two years. Samir is an alumnus of IIT-Bombay and was a Research Fellow at the University of Mississippi whilst completing his MS in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a corporate finance diploma from London Business School.

Sridhar Narayan is a Founding Partner of GEF Capital Partners and co-head of the South Asia investment practice. He is based in Mumbai, India where he focuses on middle market growth equity opportunities in South Asia. Mr. Narayan joined Global Environment Fund as a Managing Director in 2012 before founding GEF Capital Partners in 2018. While at Global Environment Fund, Mr. Narayan was involved in investments in renewable energy and energy efficiency related businesses. He was also responsible for providing overall guidance to the South Asia investment program of Global Environment Fund. He served on the Board of ReNew Power Limited and Shakti Pumps Limited and was actively engaged in managing and exiting an investment in Greenko. Mr. Narayan has over 23 years of experience investing in Indian public and private markets. Prior to joining Global Environment Fund, Mr. Narayan worked for JRE Partners in Mumbai, where he led minority, growth capital investments in a variety of rapidly advancing sectors within India. Prior to JRE Partners, he served as Vice President of Direct Investments (India) for American International Group (AIG). While there, he invested both the proprietary capital of AIG and third party private equity funds managed by AIG. He began his career with Zurich Asset Management India/ITC Threadneedle AMC India as the Head of Fixed Income, responsible for the portfolio management, trading, fixed income research, and the monthly communications to investors. Mr. Narayan currently serves on the board of directors of Shakti Pumps Limited, a portfolio company of Global Environment Fund. Mr. Narayan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology BHU (IIT-BHU) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Sumeet possesses more than two decades of global experience in the automotive industry. He has worked with multiple OEMs and technology companies in the USA, South Korea and India in areas of new product development and product launches. His global expertise in the area of operational excellence for product development has seen him successfully launch multiple products in off highway, commercial and passenger vehicles segments, most recent being the successful launch of EV powertrain for extended range of TIGOR EV from Tata Motors. In his current role as COO, Sumeet is responsible for handling the overall operations of the organisation, including manufacturing and New Product Development. He is passionate about leveraging electric mobility to make the world a greener place. Sumeet is a gold medallist in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.

Ganesh Srinivasan has over 31 years of experience in Finance and Accounts and expertise in Treasury, Banking, Product Costing, Activity Based Costing Revenue Budget, Cost Audit, Financial Reporting, SOX Audit GST and TDS filing. Previously, in his career, Ganesh has been associated with companies like Punjab & Sind Bank, Tata Motors and Tata Motors Marco Polo Ltd. At Electra EV, Ganesh heads the Finance function. He is a qualified Cost Accountant.

Ramesh Babu brings 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on powertrain engineering, manufacturing operations, and new-vehicle program management. At Electra EV, Ramesh Babu leads plant operations and manufacturing engineering for battery pack and traction systems across light, passenger, and heavy commercial vehicle platforms. Before joining Electra EV, Ramesh led multiple powertrain and vehicle program launches, including several greenfield manufacturing projects in India and overseas, during his tenure at global automotive MNCs such as Hyundai and Ford. Ramesh is a mathematician and an alumnus of MIT Chennai with a B.Tech in Production Engineering.

Dr Himadri Bhushan Das possesses more than 25 years of experience in automotive embedded control systems, specialising in electric and hybrid vehicle technologies. At ElectraEV, Dr Das leads end-to-end electronic hardware and software architecture, design, and development for advanced electric powertrain systems, spanning BMS, motor controls, vehicle controllers, and system integration. Dr Das holds a PhD and MS in Control Systems from Imperial College London, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from NIT Surat. He has also been recognised as a Commonwealth Scholar by the UK government for academic excellence and leadership potential.

Priyamvad Mishra brings over 23 years of experience in automotive engineering, with deep expertise in vehicle architecture, driveline, and powertrain development across commercial vehicles, SUVs, and electric platforms. At Electra EV, he leads engineering and technology teams that deliver fully integrated electric powertrain solutions across multiple segments. Before joining Electra EV, Priyamvad has been instrumental in realising several pioneering programs in future mobility at leading OEMs, such as the first commercially viable fully built low-floor CNG series-hybrid bus for the European market from Tata Motors in December 2011. Priyamvad holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune and a Master's degree in Automobile Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.

Nikky possesses more than 18 years of experience in the automobile industry across business development, program management, purchasing, and sales & marketing. At Electra EV, he serves as General Manager – Business Development, leading customer engagement and commercial execution for electric mobility programs, with responsibilities spanning growth strategy, program coordination, and cross-functional delivery. Before joining Electra EV, Nikky headed business development for Battrixx and, earlier, for Uno Minda across various EV business portfolios. Nikky holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from JSPM, Pune and an Executive MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.

Antisen A M brings over 17 years of experience in electrification, with a focus on architecture and system engineering for high- and low-voltage systems, battery technologies, and powertrain development across eBus/FBus, eTruck, e2W, eLCV, eSUV, and e3W platforms. At Electra EV, he leads new product propositions for existing and new market segments and manages the adoption of new technologies and partners. Before joining Electra EV, he played an instrumental role in hybrid, electric, and fuel cell bus development; electric two-wheeler programs; and truck retrofitting across leading organisations such as Tata Motors Ltd, Bajaj Auto Ltd, and Bharat Forge. Antisen is a passionate engineer and holds a master's degree in Energy Systems from IIT Bombay.

Ugamoorthi Ramakrishnan brings over 20 years of experience across ESG, sustainability, laboratory operations, and R&D, with a strong focus on product quality, resource efficiency, circularity, compliance-led transformation, and innovation. At Electra EV, he currently leads ESG and Strategic Initiatives, driving environmental and social management systems, enterprise-wide programs, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. In earlier professional engagements, he has led product testing, laboratory ops, accreditation, sustainability, and R&D functions. He holds a B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc., and M.Phil. in Environmental Science from Bharathiar University.
