Key Responsibilities
Brand and Visual Communication
- Create visually compelling and brand-aligned assets for Electra EV’s external and internal communications.
- Translate technical, product-led, and business-focused content into clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand visual formats.
- Ensure consistency in design language, layout systems, typography, colour palettes, and brand identity across all communication materials.
Digital Content Design
- Design static and 2D/3D motion graphics for LinkedIn, website banners, digital campaigns, emailers, performance marketing creatives, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visual assets for editorial calendars, thought leadership campaigns, employer branding, product promotion, event communication, and festive or thematic communication.
- Create engaging infographics, carousels, explainer creatives, reels support visuals, thumbnails, and digital storytelling assets for social media handles.
Marketing Collateral Development
- Design brochures, product sheets, solution flyers, corporate presentations, case studies, event backdrops, standees, and other sales and marketing support materials.
- Work on communication assets across Electra EV’s businesses including EV powertrains, battery systems, eDrivetrain offerings, software-led solutions, and BESS-related communication.
- Adapt content for different market segments such as 2W, 3W, 4W, commercial vehicles, off-highway applications, and energy storage systems.
Event Branding
- Create visual identities and asset suites for exhibitions, conferences, product showcases, internal events, leadership communication, and recruitment campaigns.
- Support end-to-end event branding requirements including invites, booth panels, presentation templates, signage, digital screens, badges, and post-event communication.
Video and Multimedia Support
- Support the creation of short videos, motion graphics, animated explainers, GIFs, and video-edit-ready design elements for digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with video editors, photographers, printers, and external agencies wherever required.
Web and UI-Supportive Design
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, icons, downloadable assets, and other web-supportive communication elements.
- Ensure digital-first design thinking, including responsiveness, readability, and visual hierarchy for online platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, leadership, HR, product teams, and external partners to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign development discussions to contribute fresh visual ideas and communication approaches.
- Interpret briefs independently and convert them into strong design outputs with minimal supervision.
Design Operations and Execution Excellence
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative quality.
- Organise working files, design templates, brand assets, and version histories efficiently.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, AI-enabled creative workflows, and evolving digital content styles.

Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Graphic Design from a recognised institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role in an agency or corporate set-up.
- Experience in digital-first brands, B2B, technology, automotive, or startup environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Suite, Canva, and other design platforms.
- 2D motion graphics, video editing, animation design capability.
